I called NAT to have a vehicle moved from Tn to Wa. The original call taker Sal, was very polite, and professional. He assured me that the vehicle would be picked up within 6 days. I paid the $200 deposit and that is where my positive experience ended. After 7 days I called the seller to see if the vehicle had been picked up. After learning that it had not been, I called NAT, and neither Sal nor any of the people you speak with origianlly, would hear me out. They would transfer me to "Alejandra" the customer service manager. She was rude and cutting and was any but a customer service person. She would not provide me with the name of the trucking company who had been hired to transport my truck. This is not the way these brokers do business as I have used 2 other companys before and both provided me with the name of the trucking comapny from the git go. Not all is lost though. I have some boys down at Miami PD who I am close with who owe me a couple of favours who are going to do a work up on Mr Ricardo Van De Water-the owner of the company. People like this, shouldn't be allowed to victimize people like you and me. We do catch up with them though. The first time I called Alejandra, she informed me that Mr Van De Water wasn't available as he was out playing golf. Would you be out playing golf if you had any morals, or would you be trying to clean up your business after reading all of these complaints. Do yourself a favor. For every moment you called and waited on hold or got hung up on, call them and get them to start doing a work up on transporting a car for you. That will take them away from hurting others. and will hit them where it hurts-$$$. Why should they be able to do this to inocent people like us. I don't buy it!!
