NO SHOW/LIES

When I originally spoke to a man with this company he showed GREAT customer service. He said a pickup would be scheduled for around the 12 or 13th with a delivery in TX from CA on the 22nd. Upon receipt of deposit, it was as if the transport was stalled.
My brother is coming home from deployment and needed his vechicle within days of arriving. On the 12/13th, I never recieved a phone call...I called on the 14th and said the driver was having mechanical problems and would pickup thursday or friday. Come Saturday..STILL NO CALL... I called today (monday the 19th) and am told that a pickup of tuesday or wednesday would be available. I said FORGET IT! (I am told to call tomorrow morning to arrange a refund.) I had to contact another carrier (Monster Auto Transport) to make arrangements for pickup and delivery. Now my brother (returning from iraq) will not have his vehicle. Letty, from Monster Auto Transport, logged into the system and did see that National Auto put my 4Runner on the list but no driver had even been assigned!! So all the crap that they were feeding me about mechanical problems, delays in Arizona, etc, were nothing but lies!
I HIGHLY recommend no one EVEN CONSIDER using this company!!
