Criminals! All of them! They don't return phone calls or help in any way. They used "mobile transport" as their carrier...none of them spoke English. Very hard to communicate. If I didn't make the absurd amount of phone calls to figure out where my car was and arrange for pickup I would have never gotten my car back. Car was absolutely filthy on pickup and had several large dents. I met the driver at a Home Depot and I had to go into the store to buy windex, paper towels, and even an ice scraper to get all the mud off so I could see to drive home.
This was absolutely unacceptable. Based on my interaction with Jay at National Auto Transport, I believe that after they receive the deposit they screen your phone number so they don't have to deal with you anymore.
Pathetic, unacceptable, and an embarrassment to America.
