The worst!!!

I contracted with them to pick up our vehicle, they gave us a two day window which was fine. The first day, no word so we called, they said dont worry the driver will call you. The 2nd day at 5pm I called and ask them for the driver's ph # so I could make contact, they would not give it to me. I told them we were flying out early that next morning and I had to have the vehicle picked up. They said the driiver would def pick it up before 10 pm. Well guess what, they never did. When I called them back after flying to Nevada their customer service rep said "oh well, what do you want me to do". Terrible, they should not be in business with this kind of service and attitude!!
