These people give the transport industry a bad name. Because of the company like NATGINC, we don't know good ones from the bad. Scott seems very nice and courteous. I decided to give him the order with his agreement that he will charge $100 deposit and the balance $95 when the truck is secured and I am in contact with them. I received the notice from the credit card company that $195 was charged. I called Scott. He said it was an accounting mistake and he was going to take care of it and also to let me know the estimated pickup date within a couple of hours. Couple of days elapsed and nothing. I called Scott or anybody multiple times and no answer, email and no reply. Pickup date passed and NOTHING. A FRAUD. Be aware of the National Auto Transport Group Inc.
