Our experience with National Auto Shipping was tremendous! This was our first time using this kind of service, & there were numerous companies that we looked into. We chose this company based upon the reviews that we read. The transportation of our car was not usual, in that we had to change our plans the very day our car was being picked up! But Roxy, who was our contact person, was just GREAT in helping us! Without going into specific details, our car was going to be shipped to SC, where our daughter was going to be needing it. But she had to abruptly leave to go to RI. I called the company, & Roxy was able to divert the car to RI. It cost us an additional charge, but the money was nothing compared to the fact that our daughter was going to be able to come home!!! Based upon our experiences with Roxy & National Auto Shipping, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is thinking about shipping their rig!!! I do not write reviews, but after all that transpired, I was felt compelled to do so!
