The entire company is a scam. My motorcycles were picked up by FILTHY Budget rental trucks, with unlicensed commercial drivers attempting to transport motorcycles out of state. The staff are liars and misrepresent their services to customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The drivers were unequipped to load these motorcycles and told us to use another company. The office still charged us for the deposits even though they knew they could not complete this work. After more research on this company, I have learned that they often do very unethical things. SO BEWARE.
