This is a respond for a complete false statement from this customer. This customer contacted us on 5-5-2010 to set up reservations ASAP for pick up on the 6th or the 7th. Our driver loaded up her car on the 7th and delivered by 5-11-2010. ( when she set up the appointment with us we gave her a window of 5-7 days for transport, and our driver did it in 5 days )
Miguel es the driver. and one of our finest drivers. Driver did call her to meet some where close to her, due to the fact driver didnt have no where to park. it also states that on our contract that is the customers responsibility to meet the driver somewhere close if he cannot meet at door.
The reason he delivered at that time is due to the fact he had some delayes specially in NEW YORK with traffic. we allways try to make all of our customers happy, but in this case this is one of the ones that regardless of how good you do the job she will find something wrong with us. ( Since she contacted us our sales rep even mentioned it to us the way the client is requesting the job to be done...... )
And regarding lies, nobody lied to her. Now that our driver did tell her " i think ill make it there by monday and got delayed and didnt deliver until tuesday is not lies", its the nature of this buisness Zeldie stuart.
So to all our future customers this review is totally False.
