Overall, good experience. I did have a couple of issues that were probably unique to me. Because this was a military move, I needed my driver to get weighed before and after he picked up my motorcycle. Instead, he got weighed close to my house. The shipping weight (no fluids from the factory) is 901 lbs. The weigh tickets showed 760 lbs. Not sure how my motorcycle lost 200 lbs but it will cost me money. Also, after stopping at the weight station, the driver texted me telling me with what a "pain in the a**" it was and told me a $20 tip would be nice. I was not too impressed by that. However, my motorcycle was delivered in good time and without damage.
