From the initial inquiry to delivery, everything was smooth and polite. We used them previously, and experienced the same professionalism. The person picking up the car had the foresight to call me a couple of days in advance to see if his truck would fit down my street. We met nearby in a large parking lot and he texted me that he was there. I met him a minute later at our appointment time. The same person also texted me when he was about 30 minutes outside the drop-off point. I have no complaints - only compliments.
