Manny at National Auto Shipping was respectful and good-natured. He followed-up right away with a quote. Manny was willing to compete for my business. There was a mix-up with an assistant regarding whose name should be on the check given to the driver: it caused a bit of confusion. I rectified it with the driver. During the course of transport, the driver updated me about where he was and when he would arrive with the car. He was conscientious about my vehicle and about his business. I was happy to offer a tip. (he refused, but I insisted) Manny phoned after delivery to make sure all went well. I raved about the driver and told him about the-name-on-the-check mix-up. He apologized and assured me that if any problem arose as a result, he would settle it. I was quite pleased with National Auto Shipping and with the transport driver they hired!
