They picked my bike up same day as I inquired about price. Was delivered in 10 days. Very customer friendly. If I had one complaint, the only thing even partially negative was that the driver didn't understand English very well. Bike was not damaged and was in enclosed trailer. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks
