The transport rep contacted me in
an expeditious fashion; was
thorough in noting the mileage
and overall condition of the vehicle
(including marking specific locations
of any defects in appearance); and
ultimately returned the car at the
agreed-upon destination in
California within the agreed upon
time period. The car was in an
open vehicle transport and had
obviously seen some rain and was
in need of a good exterior cleaning.
I found this unexceptional although
would surely not objected had they
sent it through a car wash before
its return. All in all, I was satisfied
with my experience with this
auto transport company!
