tony keep me informed quite a few times during his trip east. i was able to text him info on my drop off site and traffic issues he would encounter the day of delivery. so bottom line is if i need to do another transport national WILL be my first call.. when i did need to call they answered the phone on 2nd or 3rd ring... this was my first time needing a car transported and unknowns were Hugh, but nia and nammy did a great job answering my questions.
