Responding to feng Xang.
In reference to the order you placed with our company , customer requested a pick ASAP. feng Xang was informed we should have a driver within 5-7 days once order is placed. We had a Independent company scheduled to pick up car on dates requested. Driver broke down. And customer was informed by our DISPATCH DEPARTMENT. Customer was informed if he had an alternative to leave keys with a freind or family member, and we wold pick up at best time of day, wich fits schedule.But he wasnt to confortable with that. And we also understand his frustrasion,and stress of leaving car behind.
We as a Auto Transport Company recognise the shipment was delayed. And also do not take in condideration your sarcasm of liars. ( WICH WAS ALWAYS INFORMED ABOUT SITUATION AT ALL TIME ) : )
feng Xang if we as auto transport company , could predict a driver is going to have any delay with weather or mechanical problems and more... Dont you think we would have advise you ahead of time?
We recognise delay. will prevent in the future.
For a Auto transport company, that handles the volume of cars we have some gliches. but will make it better.
