I already had my order with another company, there was a delay and I really needed my car. Manny called and said that even though the quote they gave me was the highest that they would pick up my car the next day and have it to me in two days. We had a trip planned friday 6/14 and I was promised that the car would be delivered on 6/10 so I would have time to do my registration. I called back on 6/7 to make sure my pickup was on time and was told they were picking it up. I called in 6/10 to see when the driver thought he would be here and was told that the car would now not be picked up until 6/11 putting my delivery on 6/13 cutting it close on getting registration done. I called in on 6/11 to make sure my pickup was happening that day and was told that it would now not be picked up until 6/12 delivering on 6/14 the day I was to take the car on vacation for Fathers day. I called the general manager and I was told that although I paid them 180 dollars more for the same delivery date that the competition promised me they offered no discounts and that they are the largest transport company in the US and do not have to do that.

Eric Coulter - Customer called NAS on 6/6/13 and set up appointment rush order since he had booked with 2 more companies before us. Our sales person Manny mentioned to him we have a driver that will be in the area estimate friday 6/7 threw 8th. Driver had a delay on the way to michigan to deliver some cars and got held back 48 hours. Eric Coulter spoke to MANAGER today 6/11/13 and they explained to him the situation and the only thing customer speaks about i want a $200.00 discount and not understanding that we deal with trucks. Also Manager told client let us get the car delivered to you and we can see what can we do for you as a client since car can get there sooner than expected, but customer Eric Coulter just hanged up the call with the manager. And YES we are the largest company in this industry and will still keep it that way. We try to make happy all the clients but in this particular case nothing will make this guy happy since he booked with 2 companies that dropped the ball on him.
