I placed my order with National Auto Shipping on Thursday 12/20/12 and they committed my vehicle pickup on Saturday 12/22/12. So 12/22 came and went then the Christmas holiday with no contact or pick up of the vehicle. My next coversation with National was on 12/26 when I called and was told the truck had mechanical problems and it would be picked up no later than 12/28. Again 12/28 came and went, no call, no pickup, nothing. I called again on 1/3 and I was again told that the truck was still broken down and they could not do anything about it. By this point I realized that I was just getting jerked along and the whole "truck mechanical problem" was just BS. At that point I cancelled my order.

We told him we will try our best to work on a truck for you but it can take 7-10 days to locate a driver since its holiday season and not all the trucks are running. As a Dealership they may have not shared that information with this Client and here is a good example of bad communication between DEALERSHIP that SOLD THE CAR to BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. PS: This order was never placed with us, no credit card was processed. No payment was received. SO THIS REVIEW IS FALSE.
