I gave them a call and i was told that it would take them 3 days to pick my car. I told them that I am moving out of state in a week, I didn't have any alternate address. They assured me that they would pick it up in 3 days. But then a week passed. I called them after a week to check the status of the car pick up. They said that they were working on it. Since I postponed my flight by another week, i told them that they should pick it up within a week because i didn't have any alternate address(I was new at that place). The guy told me that they would let me know. Now that week passed and they were not able to arrange a truck for me. 2 weeks passed already. and i had to catch a flight as I moving out. Since it was a brand new car, I didn't wanna park it at some stranger's place and have it picked up while i wasn't there. AND there was a snow storm coming in 2 days. I called them again and told them about the situation. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it. I parked it at some guy's place and requested him to take care of it. Then i took a flight. I called them after from my new location inquiring them about the status of my car. PLEASE NOTE THAT 20 DAYS HAD ALREADY PASSED BY NOW. The guy on the call goes crazy. HE LITERALLY ASKED ME TO STOP CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN EVERY DAY INQUIRING ABOUT THE CAR. HE SAID THAT WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL EVERY DAY INQUIRING ABOUT THE CAR. This is how they treat their customer. Twenty days had passed, they were not able to arrange a truck for my car and my brand new car was out in the snow at a stranger's place. But the guy asked me to stop calling. Obviously i was worried about my car. Anyways, Then i called another shipping company and explained the guy the whole situation. He explained me how it works. He told me that he can look a truck for me as well and i don't have to pay anything until he's able to find a truck. TO MY SURPRISE, this new shipping company found a truck within 24 hours. I cancelled my pick up from Nationwide after that and scheduled a pick up with the new shipping company.
THERE'S NO WAY I AM RECOMMENDING THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT ONLY SLOW, BUT ALSO RUDE.
And by the way, they didn't send me the Booking confirmation email until i called them and asked them for it.
I even left an email for their dispatch department complaining about it but no response.
