Richard was totally great working with a novice to transport services. He explained everything to me and was in constant contact via email and phone until we had everything scheduled. The truck driver Chris was polite, friendly and super nice and kept us updated via phone. Our van arrived and the driver even parked it in the parking lot instead of just dumping in the drive. I never expected everything to go this smoothly. Definitely would use Nation Auto Transport again! The price was great too! We could not have driven to Florida and picked up the van for $500.
