Vehicle delivered not in the condition it was picked up in?

I guess that saying is true, "Buyer Beware."This company NAO was selected by South Beach Transport, If any other company picks NAO for your shipping carrier, DON'T USE THEM! This company is Bull! My car Dodge Viper 1994 was suppose to have been picked up by them on July 19th, they did not get the car till July 22nd. When I got the car the canvas top was damaged, they said it was not there fault, the dealership possibly damaged it while installing the top. There own pictures that they sent me, showed the top in excellent condition before pick up. After I get the car there pictures show the top damage, and lt's not there fault. I talked to Tim Oberemok and he played like he was concern, but all along he knew he was going too deny my claim. There Own pictures prove that the car was damaged during transit, but they won't accept the responsibility. I will file a report with the BBB, and talk too my lawyer.
