This was the first time I've needed to use an auto transport company, and based on the great reviews on this site, I called Lisa at Muscle Cars, Inc. about moving my 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. They were always very professional, and were excellent to deal with. Communication was always very prompt and courteous. When I called the office to set up the move, I originally spoke with Lisa who gave me an approximate time frame for pickup. She then called me again the day before they were planning to pick up the car, and gave me an approximate delivery date. I called her towards the end of the week to see if they were still on schedule and she told me that they were. She also gave me the name and phone number of the driver, Mike, and told me that I was free to contact him to verify the time of delivery. I then contacted Mike and he gave me a time frame of when he thought he would arrive with my car. He was right on time, and called me about 10 minutes before he arrived at my house. Once he got here, he was very friendly, very professional, and unloaded my car with the utmost care. He was also very nice and took his time. I was not rushed while inspecting my vehicle and my it showed up in excellent condition. I would definitey use this company again if I needed to move a car. I believe I got an excellent deal with wonderful people for a great price.
