I recently used Mr. Car Shipper to transport my car from Santa Clara, California to Bradenton, Florida, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Despite a small delay in picking up my car due to an equipment breakdown, the team at Mr. Car Shipper kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was timely and plentiful, ensuring I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. The driver (Alex , Safe Auto Transport) was polite and professional. The dispatch team, (Liz) along with the office staff, provided kind and friendly service. I particularly appreciated that the payment was handled upfront, eliminating the need to have cash on hand for the driver at delivery. The entire process was smooth and worry-free, with plenty of advance notice at both ends regarding the driver's estimated arrival time and meeting locations for loading and unloading. My car arrived as damage free, with just the expected road dust after traveling 2600 miles. Overall, this was an outstanding transaction. I highly recommend Mr. Car Shipper for anyone needing reliable and professional vehicle transport. They made a potentially stressful process straightforward and hassle-free.
