I was recommended to Mr. Car Shipper by a former colleague and I had a great experience from start to finish. The sales team was very prompt with their communication of costs and process. My car was picked up on a Friday in California and delivered on Monday in Illinois, I was shocked (in a good way). Mr. Car Shipper brokers services to independent car haulers, and I had a slight hiccup on the delivery (that could never have been expected) - and they went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were heard and that I was taken care of as a customer. I was really impressed and have already recommended to a colleague who is also moving cross-country.
