Mr. Car Shipper a wonderful, professional and on-the-ball company to work with (Note: This review is coming from someone who believes customer service at most companies has disintegrated lately - so I can be pretty critical)! I had never shipped my car before, and we were shipping my beloved Mini from California to Florida during the heat and rainy season, so I was a bit nervous. The staff at Mr Car Shipper is attentive, provides a bid quickly and gets back to you immediately if you need to call/email them. They were very quick to help out when the original driver had to cancel last minute due to an unforeseen family emergency (no fault of Mr. C.S.). They worked hard to find another driver and found one for the same day pick up was scheduled; everything stayed on schedule which was awesome, since we were flying out to Florida a couple of days later. The alternate driver they scheduled was highly professional and helpful (I was glad he was our driver). He even gave us tips when he noticed that one of our tires was cracked and what to do once the car got to Florida. This driver carefully loaded up our car in Oakland and was the same person that delivered it in Florida! It was fun to see him at both ends of the shipping process :) Also, it was nice that there was consistency with the driver of the huge car-cargo truck (vs having multiple drivers throughout the trip) and we knew that the Mini was in good hands! Highly recommend Mr. Car Shipper. Would definitely use them again.
