Ken,
I'd like to take a moment to apologize for the negative experience you had with our company in trying to obtain a quote for shipping your TrailBlazer and Polaris Ranger. When you first called to request a quote, left a message, and then didn't get a call back, that is purely our fault. We had an inefficient system in place that meant your message was not received in a timely manner. I have since corrected this error so that now, everyone who calls at any time of day will receive a live operator who can help them.
When you filled out the online form, we did get your quote request right away. I believe our sales rep Casey has already spoken to you and apologized, explaining that the combination of the ATV and Hawaii as your destination was taking longer than normal to price. He certainly should have reached out to you by the next day to at least update you on the process.
What it boils down to is that we dropped the ball twice in rapid succession. The negative review you left is an accurate account of what happened to you and we are very sorry. This is not the way we do business and we have taken measures to ensure this kind of thing will not happen to anyone else moving forward.
