Very Bad Business "DON'T USE"!!!!

Christie sold this contract to me sounded all good no problems?.... Then on the pick up date (12th) 2 drivers show up on time loads everything give me dates for delivery, he asks when would I like to have my items? I asked well, how many days does it take? He states 3 to 7 days. Sunday the 19th would work. That is when the nightmare starts! We wait Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Wait for a phone call from the company. Tuesday I call and ask what is going on with my delivery? I spoke with Christie, Trish and one other man didn't get his name. They had no idea where my things where. I asked for someone to please call me back ASAP. Two days later a RUDE man calls me and is telling me my things will arrive on the 28th or 29th. They are in transit... Then someone else calls me and tells me my things are in storage still. Then I call back a day or two and find out the 28th or the 29th is not going to be the day either. I ask to speak to a manager. Avi ( Rude jerk) call's me and is yelling telling me no one has promised me my things on any of these dates. He went on about how they need to wait till the truck is full before they can deliver to NM. So I asked would I get some kind of money refunded or compensation back.? NOPE! I would just have to wait till the truck is full. Oct 4th the truck driver calls me and say's he will be here on the 5th. But, he will have to find some help to off load my things. I asked him what kind of company do you work for? He said I go through this every time I deliver. They make promises they can't keep. I told him you need to find a new employer. Here they are on the 5th he had to stop and find help before he could deliver so it's going to be around 12 noon. Few things to remember they take your money up front for a deposit then at pick up I gave my CC for half of the half they never charged it and now at delivery they want only CASH $700.00! And that is so the driver can be paid and pay his help! Now they show up and they are like the 3 ring circus. Mixing my things with other peoples things to get my stuff out. WARNING DO NOT USE THE COMPANY......
