Adam was referred to me by an acquaintance who transports quite a few cars. Based on his recommendation, I engaged Adam Nowakowski to transport a vehicle that I purchased from a dealer in Illinois to California. His initial communication was clear and helpful. After engaging him, and informing him that the car was ready to be picked up, I got notice from the dealer that they needed to do some work on the car before shipping. Communicating this to Adam, he took it in stride, and said to let him know when it was available. A few days later, I again notified Adam, and he arranged for pickup the next morning. The car arrived promptly and safely to my home in California the next week. During this time, Milena Smith followed up to make sure things went smoothly. I have no hesitations in recommending, or using them on any future moves.
