Great communication and reassurance

If you have started the process of trying to find a company to transport your car, you already know how stressful it can be. There's so much information out there about how some of these companies can be scammers, where they tell you one thing and do another, or where the fine print in the contract ends up hurting you in the end. Because of all of that, I needed a lot of reassurance from my contact at MoverJet, Liza, to make sure that I wasn't going to be quoted one price just to have it changed at the last minute. Liza was so helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. She also gave me the best quote of all the companies I contacted, which was at least 8 other ones. The only reason they didn't get five stars from me is because I was told the pickup driver would give me at least 1 hour's notice before he arrived. Unfortunately, he called us at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, from my driveway. That was a little frustrating, but overall I am very pleased with this company's service. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future and I highly recommend them.
