Once in a while you encounter both excellence in service, and professionalism in personal demeanor in how your needs are met as a customer. It is rare in business these days. Fares Williams assisted me in bringing my disabled pick up truck home from a camping trip in Utah near Zion NP to a mechanic in Camarillo CA.
