I recently shipped my SRT-8 from NC to Colorado and was nervous about all the horror stories I read while reading tons of reviews and searching at least a dozen different car transport companies. Of course they all promise excellent customer service but when reading their reviews you get a different story. Mover Jet Logistics had the consistently best reviews so I sent an e-mail and was put in contact with Kate Freeman, Mover Jets customer service representative. From the very first email I was put at ease! Kate was totally awesome throughout the entire process. She was always available and I never had to wait more than maybe a half an hour for any questions or concerns I had. Kate never ghosted me and always provided me with options! I like options not dead ends! Start to finish Kate was the ultimate professional and I totally recommend her to anyone looking for a first rate, no stress, plenty of options, friendly customer service representative that will make you feel at ease throughout the entire process. Kate did exactly what she said she would do and when she said she would do it! If you want to ship your car stress free, call Mover Jet but ask for Kate Freeman! Well done Ms. Kate, thank you!
