I had shipped my car from California to Massachusetts. During the whole process Liza was patient and helped a lot in answering all my questions regarding shipping (before and after payment was done), payment structure and what not.
Points to be considered:
1. MoverJet IS NOT a transport company, it will assign you to one of the transport companies they are tied to (in my case it was KJ Transport).
2. Car was picked up 2 days after the provided pick up date. (delivery was affected by 2 days as well.)
3. I was promised a door-to-door service but "unfortunately" the truck carrying the my car broke down and I had to go and pick my car up which was 30 miles away from my place.
4. I received the car in perfect shape, exactly the way it was when KJ transport picked it up.
