I had to ship 2 cars from CA to MD and I won’t say it was a breeze but not the brokers fault. The broker Agent was very honest in her explanations on how things work. I am a bit dismayed on how the transport system is un-regulated, but I may not have the full picture of why it is the way it is. The last broker that I used before moverJet was quite verbally abusive and angry when I moved away from them as they could not find me a driver within my time constraints. Ashley from MoverJet did tell me that moving would rest my journey to find a driver, at least there was honesty.
