Jordan did a great job at communicating and following up. The carrier selected was delayed in picking up the vehicle which caused a lot of stress but they made up for it by adjusting the route and driving through the night to achieve the required drop off date. While the process of moving a vehicle was stressful, overall I would recommend MoverJet if you are able to get Jordan as your agent. If he had not been in such close communication, I would have been much more anxious about the process.
