I sent out a few price requests for shipping a car from Boston, MA to Buellton, CA. Alice called me on the phone to speak about our needs. She has amazing customer service! She worked with me (in CA) and my daughter in Boston. She put us in contact with the driver so that we could meet him at an agreeable time. I communicated via email with Alice (a lot! She is patient!) and she was immediately responsive. This was the best shipping experience we have had and I hope I always get Alice Jackson!
