But you had to change the pick up date. And no matter what we have recommended you, you still needed the only particular date for the pick up in December. Our team managed to book you the second carrier anyway, even this time. You got everything, you were in contact with the carrier, the carrier contacted you directly and had to cancel the transportation a day before the pick up. This was Enclosed carrier and you needed Enclosed carrier ONLY, for specific date ONLY. We were in this situation with you, we had less than a day left, to get you a new carrier with all these specific conditions. Beside this, you have posted your 3 cars with another company as well, which influenced the price eventually. And this company couldn't even get you appropriate option to offer. When we look back, we think about what else could be done in your case. And only one thing that we can tell is we did the most. If there was another carrier he would contact us or another company. In fact what most likely could happen is that you wouldn't get any carrier, because prices in December are crazy, you need only particular date and Enclosed only and what is left is just one day to get it. All odds were against you, the fact that you got your cars delivered in time is just because we reacted quickly. Not everyone was that lucky last December. Sometimes if there is no carrier around even if you offer more money will help to get the cars picked up. And we got it. We got you the option in such a short period of time, and you accepted this option because it suited your tight schedule and additional conditions as an Enclosed car hauler. But accept it or not was just your decision. Eventually, this carrier worked out for you.
