After several calls and excuses they agreed to refund my deposit but never did. It was rather bad! From telling me the car had already been picked up to telling me they are 15 minutes away...then an hour away...then that they were there at that moment...just horrible really. I will be opening a case with the Texas States Attorney's office as it seemed they intended on fraud.
