Tony wanted an enclosed trailer at an open price. When customers call in they're given the price to move their vehicles. Some customers want to negotiate the price which is fine but everyone is told that if we lower the price for them they may not be moved. Amazingly no customer has ever had a problem with that statement until they realize the price they wanted isn't the same price it will cost. Something for nothing strikes again.
