Terrible customer service. Spoke with Gina on 9/9/11 who CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD and said she would call me on 9/12/11 to let me know the status of my pick-up. Never recieved a call. On 9/16/11 I called Gina and left a message. No one returned my call. Left a message for Christina and Mark as well who I was told by Leroy are managers. Never recieved a call. Leroy would answer the phone and say he is only a sales rep and told me Mark is the manager and was in the office. When he transfered me to Mark all I got was a voice mail. I would call Leroy back and he would not answer. On 9-27-11 Leroy told me Gina no longer worked there. All I have recieved from Move on Time is AVOIDANCE. I just want a refund on my Credit card and now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with the credit card company. WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, MOVE ON TIME DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!
