My original post was removed, because I'm apparently a non-customer which is absolutely absurd since I have the email confirming my reciept for the deposit I made for 150.00. I ended up cancelling my transport order early Aug. And a rep told me to wait 7-10 BD for my refund to process. So I waited only to discover that my request was never entered into the system. So then I was disappointed. My order finally cancelled on 8/29/11 and without any exceptions I was told to wait another 7-10 bd by this rude guy who kept putting me on hold, So then I was pissed. So between the rude reps giving me mixed information and holding onto my refund when I hadnt even used their services, I would not recommend you to use this company. I was told yesterday that my refund was sent to my credit card on 8/29/11, However my bank never recieved, So now I have to file a claim with my bank in order to get my money back. How inconvenient, it took less than 5 min for them to take the money and now over a month to get some type of resolution. Too much hassle for a simple transaction to be reversed. I'd rather drive the 16 hours to my new location than deal with poor customer service.
