VEHICLE WAS NEVER PICKED UP BUT WAS OFFERED TO MOVE AT A HIGHER COST. LEFT SEVERAL EMAILES AND MESSAGES BUT GOT ONLY TWO RESPONSES. ASK FOR A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT AND WAS TOLD WILL JUST KEEP ON THE BOARD FOR ANOTHER CARRIER

There were only 3 vehicles on this route and we explained to customer that there were no available carriers and that a price increase would be necessary. Customer stated that they need another Federal Bailout and that they couldn't go up in price. We kept the original bid on the board and did find a Carrier for the agreed $650. Customer went with another company and paid more. Typical government and tax payer subsidized operation - Telcoe Federal Credit Union.
