gina quoted me 450 to move my car, same as two other carriers. I think she tried but her dispatcher is useless I talked to her almost every day for three weeks finally giving an ultimatum tell me when you will have it picked up or I am getting on a bus to go get it. the dispatcher called back that it would be picked up on Friday, in exactly one week. on wednesday late afternoon Gina called and said she had a carrier for thursday but he needed 250 dollars more I said it was being picked up on friday she said she'd talk to her dispatcher and get back with me. he called in a little bit and said the first hauler wasn't going to pick it up so he needed another 250. I asked him how long he had known this and he said he found out monday I felt he should pay the 250 and he refused saying he would refund my down-payment in 10 to 15 days. I had asked ahead of time why so many of their reviews were bad and I got an excuse. don't buy their excuses don't use this company I am still waiting on the return of my money to my credit card what a joke
