I had a contract with another carrier to transport my car. After a week of receiving notifications that they were still working to find a driver I began to get concerned. I was then contacted me and told that they needed another $600 to move the car. With my newly purchased car sitting in LA I became very uneasy and asked to be released from the contract, which I was. I then contacted Jennifer on a late Friday afternoon, explained what was going on and she said she would take care of the situation. She contacted me on Monday morning that a driver was on the way for the car. BTW - when she called on Monday she was sick in bed and working from her laptop and cell phone. The car was picked up Monday at 2:00 pm and I received it Friday night. The driver, Alex, was very professional, kept me posted and delivered to me my car in very good condition with no damage to the vehicle. I have some more cars to be moved and Move My Automobile is now the only company I will use. Jennifer takes care of business and gets the job done.
