After many calls and going with a different company which did not end well I turned to Jennifer and Stefanie. I called them on Friday November 23rd and explained my situation. Jennifer explained to me how everything would work, gave me a fair price and made things very easy for me. On Saturday November 24th, Jennifer called and said she has a carrier that can pick up that evening. That was crazy fast, without any hassle, and no trying to get more money from me because they got a carrier so soon( some other companies will lure you in with a low price then will actually try to get you to pay more to get your car shipped off). The driver called us just as she explained, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we could not ship the car due to transmission failure( making the car not driveable). I called Jennifer back with a heavy heart, expecting the worse knowing that I have to cancel the carrier. Jennifer's response was just what I needed to hear at that time when all else was going wrong she understood, showed compassion and said that she will notify the carrier and not to worry about anything. I'm very happy to have gone with their company and will shipped my car with them as soon as it get's fixed. I will also post a Part 2 on my review after it get's shipped.
