NOT RELIABLE / NOT PROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The car was not picked up. The customer service didnt respond to our numerous inquiries. Finally we were offered to have our car pick up a car BEFORE scheduled date, anything after required an additional funds. The amount was NOT disclosed. We are waiting for our refund while looking for an alternative transportation company.
