Mark A. is the MAN you need to contact if you need your vehicle transported! After numerous attempts at private hauling, I finally gave up after a few letdowns. I decided to put it out on the net to see if I could get any action on this. Mark called me immediately and asked me if I had a price in mind. He took all my information and told me that he would get back to me in 15 minutes, which he promptly did. Not only did he considerately beat the best price I got, but he told me that he would do one better and have it picked up tomorrow a.m. and delivered the next day. I was absolutely shocked and thought this was too good to be true, but he reassured me that all costs were up front and there were no hidden charges. Even though it was an out of the ordinary route, he convinced me that he was going to make it happen, no matter what it involved on his part. Once he explained the whole process to me, he immediately e-mailed me the paperwork, took a small deposit from me over the phone, and provided me with contact numbers for both him and the driver if any problems were to arise. He answered every question I threw at him in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner. Mark was such a pleasure to deal with, and took all the associated hassles out of long distance auto transportation. He convinced me that everything would be OK and handled a in top notch manner, even though it was a rolling frame and needed to be coordinated at both pick-up and delivery locations (which is not an easy task). After giving him all my contact info, I never heard back from him. I did get a phone call the following day from my destination point and they said it was delivered on time and the driver was very accommodating and pleasant upon arrival. What more could you ask for? Mark handled this so well without any involvement from me, which is really incredible in today's society where very few people could handle any task from start to finish without any assistance. All I can say is, "Thank You" Mark for taking care of us, and we will be using Move Transport exclusively from now on whenever we need a long distance haul!
