Nicole was very professional during all communications. She kept me updated on a regular basis while she tried to find a driver who would accept the route. The pickup point and drop of points were "out of the way" areas that didn't generate a lot of interest. Nicole kept trying and came up with some suggestions that worked. Driver was willing to be more than flexible with meet times. We had an overall great experience and would use again.
