This was my 1st AND LAST TIME EVER USING A MOTOR MOVING COMPANY.....Nicole & the car carrier company King of Kings LLC has ruined the reputation of the whole business!! In the beginning Nicole was very helpful, answered all my questions and calmed my unease about shipping my truck from NC to TX. Then the whole experience took a turn for the worse and became the worst situation I have ever encountered in my entire life. The quote price went up after I was told it wouldn't, Nicole never gave me her contact information in case a situation arose even though I asked REPEATEDLY, car carrier insisted on picking up my truck a day early even though contract was for pickup on 5/21/15, driver for car carrier company (Wilmer) was rude, arrogant, verbally abusive, belitted me and my truck, verbally sexually harassed me repeatedly, called my cell phone NON-STOP to continually hound me to let him drop off my truck in TX a day early, driver insisted that I let him "just drop off my truck somewhere and to have anyone to sign for my truck" a day early on 5/23/15 to let him go make more money on another pickup....even though I KNOW NO ONE IN TEXAS. he continually hounded me ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT via phone call & text message so much that I drove straight through 19 hours from NC to TX because I was fearful of the condition of my truck and if my truck was even going to be in one piece when I arrived in TX. I was forced to leave NC a day early, inconveniencing myself & many final things I needed to complete before moving. Throughout this whole process, I called Nicole and Motor Movers 5 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES!! Today is 6/3/15 mind you, 12 DAYS LATER, AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FOR ANYTHING FROM ANYONE!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS JUST WANTING THEIR INITIAL FEES AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Cindy, when you contacted me about transporting you truck to Texas we talked at great length about a few possible scenarios. You had expressed that you needed your truck picked up right away and delivered within a very short specific window. I explained to you that my carriers cannot guarantee the dates you requested- and that we would work as close as we can. BEFORE I scheduled this carrier I called you to confirm the dates my driver provided to make sure they would work for you. My driver scheduled his arrival in North Carolina to pick up from you on May 20th which your original available date was May 19th not the 21st (they picked on time and called 24 hours in advance) and deliver to you in Texas between May 23-24th (which he arrived for delivery late afternoon May 23rd) You accepted these dates and in fact said they were perfect for your travel schedule!! I EMAILED you these dates along with all the details of your transport, the direct number to the carrier and your total price breakdown. I understand that you were greatly inconvenienced when my driver arrived to pick up your vehicle and found that you packed your entire house in the bed of the truck!! You expressed to me in great length when we spoke on the phone not 20 minutes after the carrier loaded your vehicle how rude it was for the driver to make you unload your personal items from the vehicle but could leave up to 100 lbs. when they were already in there, I explained to you that the drivers have strict regulations and will not risk getting the hefty fines if not followed, in fact I explained this to you on the day you placed your order when you asked how much stuff can you put in your truck so this shouldn’t have been a surprise at all when the driver arrived. We spoke almost every other day from the day you placed your order all the way up to the day before your truck was delivered. I received a voicemail from you on a Sunday regarding the delivery which I returned the call Monday morning only to get your voicemail and haven’t heard from you since. I provided you my cell number on the day we scheduled your carrier as that was the number I was calling you from and told you to hold onto it in case you couldn’t reach me on my office line and I let all of my customers know that if all else fails I receive my emails through my cell phone and check every single one of them as they come in so I am very confused on your statement of not being available to you. I understand that when your frustrated feelings can run high and you truly don’t feel that you received any kind of service but from every angle of your transport myself, my office and my carrier worked tirelessly to accommodate you and make sure you were being well taken care of. Every complaint you have in this review had already been addressed as possibilities of transport and what to expect prior to scheduling but what seems to have been understood really just got lost in translation. I wish you luck in Texas Cindy.
