In a business that is fraught with aggressive brokers and broken promises, Laura is a shining start. She was very responsive, took the time to explain everything, call me often to give me updates, and provided excellent customer service. On top of all that, she was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use her again. The pick up was late but that wasn't her fault. At some point you get handed over to the transport company but I always felt confident that if I had any problems that Laura was there to deal with them. All worked out well in the end and I am highly satisfied with my interactions with Laura.
