Laura was prompt and thorough. Carrier showed up promptly with advance warning. Unfortunately, the car was about a foot too long to fit and had to abort shipment. Laura immediately got another carrier scheduled and the overall delay was only a couple of days. Second carrier was even more accommodating than the first. Car loaded, shipped and arrived in perfect condition with no surprised regarding what was owed. We were completely satisfied.
