Jon followed my car transport from the beginning to the end. Although the company picked up the car up later than planned, the later pick-up worked better for us.
I was really afraid that because the car was picked up later than planned, it would never arrive on time to California. Jon was instrumental in making sure that our car arrived when we needed it. He kept me posted and made sure I could contact the driver.
This was the first time using this transport company (out of the 4 times I have transported my car). It was the first time we received our car on the day we expected and needed it.
We will definitely use them again
